TOS & PRICES

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my TOS.
If you break the TOS in any way, this automatically cancels your commission.
If your commission is canceled during the art process, the amount of your refund will be determined by the amount of work done on your commission.
If a commission idea or commissioner makes me uncomfortable, I have every right to refuse to take on that commission.Nothing made by me (rad-opossum) may be used in any blockchain related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space. Nothing made by me (rad-opossum) may be used commercially in any way. Nothing made by me (rad-opossum) may be reposted in any way without clear, proper permission from me, and clear and proper credit (linking directly to my account on whichever website you repost on). You may not repost my art on any website that i do not have an account on.

PAYMENT

-All payments are in USD, and currently all payments will be made through Paypal, but I am working on possibly moving to a different payment method .
-All payments must be paid in full up front . I will not work on your commission until the full payment is sent .

REFUNDS

-You are only allowed to request a full refund before I start the linework stage. If you request a refund at any point after the linework is finished, you will only receive a partial refund (50-70% refund). If you try to request a full refund, are rude, or try to threaten me into giving a full refund, I will cancel your commission without giving any refund, block, and blacklist you . (This does not apply to sketch commissions . Refunds are not allowed after a sketch commission is completed .)
-If you force a chargeback at any time, especially without notifying me that you desire a refund and want to cancel your commission and/or force a chargeback after your commission is completed, you will be publically blacklisted from all future commissions and from owning any of my character designs .

TURNAROUND TIME

-I am chronically ill. This affects my ability to work quickly, but I will always make sure you know when I am working on your commission, and will always notify you of any delays !
-Most commissions will be completed within at least two months. If you have ordered a very large or complex commission, it will take longer . I will always do my best to keep you updated, and try to send work in progress images at every stage. All WIP images will be watermarked.
-If you have a specific date you need the art to be finished, YOU NEED TO LET ME KNOW BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME . I cannot guarantee an art piece will be completed by a certain date if you don't let me know at least a week in advance. If you need an art piece by a certain date, I will charge a rush fee of $5+ depending on how soon you need it and how complex the commission is.

What types of characters will i draw ?

-furries -some humanoid species
-simple mechs -feral ocs
-monsters -aliens -any sort of critter or creature !

What types of art/themes ?

--nsfw -kink (there are some kinks I am uncomfortable with drawing, but don't be afraid to discuss it with me ! I only decline if it ends up being a kink I am uncomfortable with drawing.
-gore (cartoony or realistic)
-smoking
-alcohol -drug use (marijuana, psychedelics)
-any body type/gender/species
If you're unsure about whether or not I'm willing to draw an idea/oc you have, don't be afraid to ask !

I WILL NEVER DRAW

-any nsfw art of feral or underage characters (I WILL ALWAYS CHECK ID FOR ALL NSFW COMMISSIONS)
-zoophilia -incest
-cub/diaper art
-nazi/racist/fascist imagery
-self harm
-homophobic/transphobic imagery
I have the right to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable doing, regardless of if it is something listed here

-nsfw/suggestive/pinup commissions are 18+ ONLY . I will not make nsfw or suggestive art for anyone under 18. if you are commissioning anything of a sexual nature you will be required to show proof of age, no exceptions.
-I only do art trades with friends/mutuals .
-Do not repost my art anywhere, or heavily reference any of my art or characters without permission .
-You are allowed to use YOUR commission as a profile picture, repost it elsewhere, etc . but YOU MUST CREDIT ME (whether it be in your bio when using the art as a profile picture, in the caption when you post it, etc .) (when uploading to toyhouse be sure to credit my toyhouse: rad-opossum)
-If you wish to use your commission as merch (stickers, etc.), a logo, etc. PLEASE DISCUSS IT WITH ME PRIOR TO YOUR COMMISSION
-I am on most social medias, and they are listed on my home page . Please link my social media whenever you post your commission !
